Sacred Flow meets live 2x each week with two unique class styles designed to support your needs. Every class weaves together awareness, release, mindful movement, flowing breath, and a short meditation- guiding you back to balance, energy, and inner peace.
CLASS #1
MONDAYS: MOVEMENT & MOBILITY 🌿 Release chronic pain, stiffness, and stagnation 🌿 Strengthen joints and connective tissue 🌿 Restore flexibility, stability, and vitality 🌿 Rewire the brain for sharper coordination and balance

CLASS TIMES
Classes will be held Mondays and Thursdays at the following times: 6:30 am | Hawaii 9:30 am | LA 12:30 pm | NY 5:30 pm | UK 6:30 pm | Western Europe 2:30 am | Sydney/Japan (Wednesday, Friday) **Reminder: After each class, you’ll receive two recordings – a full-length (60 minute) version and a shorter 25-minute version for days when you want a quicker practice. Both will be sent out following class so you can revisit the flow anytime and continue your practice at your own pace.
